Here a Chick, There a Chick……

My husband and I recently bought a small farm .While the plan is to eventually move there, right now our sheep live nearby. But, there is a barn to start with when we get ready to move them…

So, with no animals here, I visit the local feed store to see the new chick arrivals (someday, we’ll have chickens!)

Americaunas and more!

…and watch my neighbor’s horses at sunset

It’s nice to be able to enjoy the night sky.

This is really a cautionary tale for you knitters out there. This is what happens when you like to knit, THEN decide you want to spin your own yarn, THEN think it would be nice to have sheep to get wool to make the yarn, THEN decide it would be even nicer to have your sheep live where you live, and, oh yes, there is a Border Collie in there somewhere to herd the sheep. Wooly Acres Farm is born.
