Dogs and cat and toys, oh my….

Our youngest daughter arrived home for the holidays and loaded some of her photos onto my computer so I thought I would share some of them showing her animals and their friends playing with the cat and dog toys that I make. The cat toy is a catnip mouse and the dog toy is a “sheep circle” – a toy made from roving (from sheep wool) that I have braided and then felted and – in this case – sewn into a circle. Both toys are attractive to animals as they are all natural fiber – and the catnip in the cat toy doesn’t hurt either!

Here, Gus toys with his mouse.

Stalking mice is fun, even if they’re toys.

If I watch it carefully, it may move!

Abi’s dog, Rommel, and his friends enjoy the felted dog toys.

Chassis thinks you can play better with them upside down

Talia is wishing Chassis would give up the sheep circle

Hanging out with friends is the best part of the day…..
