Paridot settles in

I’m starting a blog to record my adventures with sheep and their wool. Rather than backtrack, I’m starting with today’s adventure and will fill in background as necessary.

My husband and I have four sheep, and now, one llama to protect them. Yesterday, my friend Tina and I moved the llama, Paridot, over to where my sheep live. I went up today to check on them and they all seem to be getting along, comfortably eating and resting together.

It was really hot today so they spent most of their time in the shade – when they weren’t eating. Marley, our Wensleydale, seems to use his whole face when he eats!
